Summary: We had an amazing stay at this mountain chalet! The location was perfect, and easy to find. The chalet itself was cozy, clean, and well thought out. One of the highlights for our family was the adorable kids' playroom tucked under the stairs — such a creative and fun space that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The bunk beds were also a huge hit and made bedtime exciting for the kids! The chalet had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfy beds and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that a lot of care went into making this place both stylish and family-friendly. We’d love to come back and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Summary: This is a perfect location! The unit was spacious and decorated very sweetly. The beds were comfy and the unit was stocked with anything anyone would ever want. The best part? The hosts were so sweet and replied instantly to any questions we had, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special and we really appreciated every little touch they added! It is hard to stand out in a place as beautiful as Canmore - but these hosts sure did a great job!

Summary: This place was awesome. The ice cube tray was full, cold water in the brita in the fridge.. Everything was great down to the little details. Kids loved the Harry Potter room and the newly added bunk beds! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Summary: An enjoyable stay. Unit was comfortable, roomy, and well stocked. Location was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and groceries. Communication was excellent and probably the most attentive host I have encountered with a vacation rental. The only negative was a lack of daylight downstairs however that was only because we chose to keep the curtains/blinds closed for privacy as the unit was on the ground floor. I would rent this unit again as it was overall an excellent experience.

Summary: Very cute and cozy chalet! Amazing communication and consideration throughout our entire booking, stay and departure. We are a large family with 4 children 6 and under. We had plenty of space and the extra considerations for littles (kids play cubby, play pen, high chair, kids cups/plates) were so very appreciated and saved us a lot of space packing!Well exceeded our expextations and we are eager to return next year!

Summary: Franco’s place was cozy and clean. It was in a good location with easy access to get anywhere we wanted. It was comfortable with great sleeping space for everyone. Franco was excellent to deal with, very helpful and communicative. We would gladly stay again.

Summary: Upon our arrival at the condo, we encountered a few minor issues. However, after reaching out to Franco, he promptly addressed and resolved everything. The level of computer service was outstanding and truly enhanced our stay. The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, the living spaces were warm and inviting, and our children absolutely loved the dedicated play room. The location was also ideal - close to local amenities and scenic walking trails.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

Summary: Our stay at Mystic Springs Chalet hosted by Franco was fantastic. Franco was very accomodating and very responsive on all my queries. The chalet was cozy, impeccably clean and well stocked. The kids love the Harry Potter room. The location was perfect! We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this chalet to others. We can't wait to come back!

Summary: We visited Canmore for my oldest son’s birthday. My husband myself our 12 year old and a few of our older son’s friends came with us to hike. When I had trouble with code Franco called me right away. The condo was very comfortable with extra towels and space for our crew. Both of my kids love Harry Potter so the theme made it extra special!
